There are two league to choose from when wanting to play football in Seoul, the Saturday and the Sunday league. Both leagues run two seasons per year, and have 2 divisions with promotion and relegation.
For anyone interested in playing field hockey, this is the place to find it. They organise games often and there are several teams to join.
A baseball league for expats in Seoul, with a draft and teams sponsored by bars from around Seoul.
The expat league for rugby in Korea. They organise 7's, 10s and 15s, and there are teams for both men and women based all over Korea.
